Requirements

  • Valid passport
  • Birth certificate (apostilled, translated)
  • Certificate of no impediment (CNI)
  • Empadronamiento or temporary address
  • Divorce/death certificates if applicable

Process

1. Gather documents (3-6 months ahead)

2. Submit to Civil Registry

3. Attend interview (both parties)

4. Receive permission (valid 1 year)

5. Book ceremony and marry!
