Who Is It For?

The visa is designed for:

  • Remote workers employed by companies outside Spain
  • Freelancers with clients primarily outside Spain
  • Business owners of companies registered outside Spain
Key requirement: Your income must come primarily from outside Spain (less than 20% from Spanish clients).

Basic Requirements

Income Threshold

Minimum: 200% of Spanish minimum wage = approximately €2,520/month or €30,240/year

For family members:

  • Spouse: +75% of minimum wage
  • Each child: +25% of minimum wage

Work History
